One dealer managed to distribute 8 hands in a half-hour period; another managed to prematurely place the turn card on the table in three consecutive hands. Worse still, Foxwoods is “The Castle of Cold Decks.” No hand is safe.
There are fish in the area; however, there are a lot of pros who prowl the tables outside of tournament season. If you’re goal is simply to make money at poker, there are better places than Foxwoods. If, however, your goal is to spend time in a drab, mammoth casino with crappy food, this is the place for you.
