In the winter of 2004/2005, Jay Greenspan, intrepid poker player and writer, set out on a three-month trek. He drove from Conneticut to California, while he looked for the most profitable games this nation had to offer.

Along the way, Jay considered his place in poker -- whether he could make it as a pro. He also examined the effect the game and its stresses imposed on his personal life.
